Sirac
Sirac (also know as Psycoons) are a new species of Psyonically enhanced psyonic raccoons created by Exotica Geneworks. They are all telepathic amongst themselves to some extent, though not all of them are capable of telepathy with other species. (for example, while Marion's range is VERY limited, her telepathy is extremely powerful and effects more than just Siracs. Others are less powerful, but have other effects.
